Morris Columbus Travel is proud to offer for the first time, an amazing adventure starting in Buenos Aires and ending in Santiago, Chile.

This is an extraordinary adventure, far away from the bustle of the big cities, except for Buenos Aires and Santiago, Chile. It is a real immersion into the pristine beauty of Patagonia. Food is always an important part of our tours. We have selected typical restaurants, first class hotels and daily excursions that will introduce the traveler to the different cultures of South America. San Carlos de Bariloche offers a view of lakes, volcanoes, and glaciers, hanging from the majestic Andes. Exploring the Chiloe archipelago is entering a place where legends and myths are alive even today. They are not found anywhere else in South America. Buenos Aires is called the "Paris of South America," renowned for the tango, the heart and soul of this city; also, very famous for delicious steaks. Chile offers a unique culinary experience with fish and seafood prepared in so many ways. This tour is hosted by Carlos Fida, who has lived in Patagonia, and visited these spectacular sites from the 1960’s to the present time.

It allows the traveler to drive and sail through the southern lake district. The crossing ends in Puerto Varas, a city settled by Germans at the end of the 18th century. Both, San Carlos de Bariloche and Puerto Varas were the centers of German immigration. Puerto Varas is one of the best places to explore the Chilean Lake District.
