Welcome, today we start our journey with our flight to Bangkok. (Due to crossing International Dateline, you will arrive the next day).

Day 2: Friday, Oct 19, 2018

ARRIVAL BANGKOK

Upon arrival at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport, we'll be met and welcomed by our Guide and transferred by private car to your hotel in Bangkok. The remainder of the day is at your leisure to enjoy your first day in Bangkok.

Day 3: Saturday, Oct 20, 2018

SIGHTSEEING IN BANGKOK

Breakfast at the hotel. Discovery of Bangkok: Half Day Grand Palace and Wat Pho The Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. The Royal Grand Palace is Bangkok’s number one ‘must see’ attraction as well as Thailand’s most important landmark. Here you can learn more about Thailand’s history and royal heritage. Continue to Wat Po, with its massive reclining Buddha  Dress code: For religious reason, women should have their knees and shoulders covered (short – sleeve blouse) and gentlemen should wear long trousers and short-sleeved shirts.  The remainder of the day is at leisure Evening: Dinner Cruise (Nightly 18:30 - 22:00 hrs.) A moonlight dinner cruise on the “River of Kings,” is a must do activity in Bangkok. Very few cities in the world can offer such an experience. This tour offers a combination of world famous Thai and international cuisine served on board a large vessel as it passes some of the most iconic buildings the city has to offer. You can dine in a cool air-conditioned room with live entertainment, or there is an abundance of seating on the upper deck for those who like to eat al-fresco. Along the route, you will see the city’s most famous buildings such as the Grand Palace, the Temple of Dawn and several famous bridges, including the newlybuilt Rama VIII Bridge. After the meal, guests may move to the spacious upper deck to relax under the moonlight to admire Bangkok’s stunning night time views.

SIGHTSEEING IN BANGKOK

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning: Half day DAMNOEN SADUAK FLOATING MARKET Early morning excursion to a floating market. From about 8.00 am to about 11.00 am the floating market is routinely crowded with hundreds of vendors floating in their small rowing boats buying and selling their goods, primarily food, fruit and vegetable mostly brought from their own orchards.  Lunch at local Restaurant.  Back to the hotel  The remainder of the day is at leisure

Day 5: Monday, Oct 22, 2018

Bangkok – Chiang Rai

Breakfast at the hotel, Early Morning Transfer to Bangkok airport for flight to Chiang Rai. Arrival Chiang Rai airport and transfer to visit Wat Rong Khun (White Temple). Then transfer to Mae Sai, the most northern Thai town on the Burmese border. Afterwards, visit (Chiang Saen) and its ancient temples, then take a boat ride to the Golden Triangle on the Mekong River where Thailand, Myanmar and Laos meet. Lunch at Local Restaurant

Day 6: Tuesday, Oct 23, 2018

CHIANG RAI  – CHIANG MAI

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast check-out and transfer to the pier to take a boat trip along the Mae Kok River to Baan Ta Ton with visit a Karen hill tribe and its lovely school on the way. Also visit a small charming Lahu village by the riverside. Enjoy stunning rolling hills scenery and local villages along sides. Disembark after about 3 hours and Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch visit Long Necked Karen Hill Tribe. These women are known for wearing numerous brass rings around their neck, which gives them also the nick name"Giraffe Women" and it  is interesting to see their culture and get a chance to see this tribe who have come from Burma. Afternoon proceed to Chiang Mai and visit Sankamphaeng handicraft village to see northern handicraft products including silk, silver, Saa paper, lacquerwares, etc. before check in at hotel.

Day 7: Wednesday, Oct 24, 2018

CHIANG MAI

Breakfast at the hotel and after breakfast, leave for visit the Elephant Camp at Mae Sa Camp to see the 'Elephants at Work' show. You have a chance to ride the elephants crossing the river and to the forest.  This lasts about 1 hour. Then return by oxcart to the elephant village , followed by a bamboo rafting adventure along the river (around 45 minutes0. Continue on to orchid farm where lunch will be served. After lunch there is time to explore and learn about the exquisite blooms at the farm before a drive up to Doi Suthep mountain to visit Prathat Doi Suthep temple and to enjoy panoramic view of the city from the mountain top.

Day 8: Thursday, Oct 25, 2018

CHIANG MAI – PHUKET

Breakfast at the hotel and then transfer to Chiang Mai airport for your flight to Phuket.  Arrival at Phuket airport and take a private vehicle to Cape Promthep.  Next, transfer to the hotel.

In the evening, visit the Lighthouse Museum and the Gypsy Village in Rawai Beach.

Day 9: Friday, Oct 26, 2018

PHUKET- Phang Nga Tour

Breakfast at the hotel and the cruise idyllic along the Phang Nga Bay in serenity and calm waters, away from the crowds. A unique and original experience on-board a traditional Chinese Junk. Embark on-board "June Bahtra" and cruise through the enchanting Phang Nga Bay. Arrive at James Bond Island and cruise by long tail boat to the Sea Gypsy Village. Visit the Mangrove Delta and the Grotto Cave. Back onboard, enjoy a delicious buffet lunch, including freshly caught fish and seafood. After a secluded swim, just sit back and savor the seascapes a bit longer - and the romance of the open sea on board this unique sailing vessel.
